You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide welcoming customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $16.44 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured doors, or facility concerns.
• Monitor and control access to the location by checking credentials, directing authorized visitors and delivery personnel, and documenting entry and exit activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports.
• Help support food facility operations by observing and reporting conditions that may affect access control, traffic flow, or site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
