Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required; licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking lots, access points, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report observations according to site procedures.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor, vehicle, and delivery records in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
• Observe loading, receiving, and shipping areas to help support controlled access and report unauthorized entry, damaged barriers, or other security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
