Responsibilities

As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Patrol in Fulton, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help deter incidents, support access control, and respond to alarm-related activity while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, delivery drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, verifying authorized entry, and directing visitors and drivers in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations and actions taken.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, access activity, and other security-related matters in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
