As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and support access control and alarm response. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and puts people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and vehicle traffic; verify authorized access as directed; and document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
