• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and document actions.
• Observe and report security concerns or property issues affecting operations.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Manufacturing Site Patrol in Coshocton, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $16.41 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 01:45 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue: 01:45 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed: 01:45 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur: 01:45 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the food and beverage production facility, warehouse areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions requiring attention.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, helping to maintain controlled entry to authorized areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and complete required documentation.
• Observe and report security-related concerns, damaged property, or operational conditions that may affect facility operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
