• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate contacts or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production, storage, and perimeter areas to identify unusual activity or concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and maintain accurate records.
• Report hazards, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of food and beverage production, storage, loading, office, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, facility concerns, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and access records in accordance with site procedures.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly workplace by reporting observed hazards, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
