• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, and policy violations.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

• Mon 01:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Tue 01:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Wed 01:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Thur 01:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Fri 01:00 PM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and mall common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site protocols and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location to help deter unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, and other policy violations.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
