Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) in Lake Geneva, WI. You will provide resident and guest security, perform patrols, manage access control, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

Join a team that values service, integrity, and community safety. Expect to use a computer or tablet for reporting, and to meet general requirements including being 18+ and having a HS diploma; background checks and drug screening apply.

Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, community policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential community grounds, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe community activity, reporting suspicious behavior, property concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and daily activity logs while maintaining a professional presence throughout the residential location.

What You'll Do:
