Allied Universal in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed) to safeguard clients across financial institutions and other sites. You will patrol, deter incidents, monitor access, and respond to alarms while delivering courteous service to employees, visitors, and customers.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, strong communication, and adherence to site-specific procedures. Prior security or customer-service experience is preferred and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, ATM areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events according to established procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate security-related observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
