Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report them.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs and documentation.
• Communicate security concerns professionally with staff and leadership.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Sat: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and shipping/receiving areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns and site activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
