As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and assist employees and visitors with professionalism. You will use computer or tablet systems as needed while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 02:30 PM - 06:30 PM
• Sun 02:30 PM - 06:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, production, storage, loading, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry as directed, and report unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
