Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Patrol Security Officer in Clinton, NC. You will provide security for a food and beverage production location, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold site policies while maintaining a visible security presence.

You will respond to incidents calmly, conduct patrols, monitor access, and document logs and incidents. Prior experience in customer service or security, and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred; 18+ years old for unarmed roles.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Report maintenance concerns, unusual conditions, and potential hazards observed during patrols to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

• Wed 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Thur 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
