As an Access Control Security Professional in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and help maintain a secure environment. You will provide visible support, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 05:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Fri: 05:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Sat: 05:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial construction location.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, issuing access badges or passes, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
• Respond to access-related incidents, unauthorized entry attempts, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, construction areas, material storage locations, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and access-related observations in accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
