Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol in Spokane, WA to safeguard clients across multiple industries. You’ll perform unarmed patrols, provide excellent customer service, and respond to incidents following established protocols.

The role requires at least 1 year in security, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Training, growth potential, and benefits are provided in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen are required by law.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, vehicle staging areas, and surrounding perimeters to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, service disruptions, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Monitor access points, assist with directing visitors, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, suspicious activity, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal procedures.

Pay Rate: $20.16 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Thur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
