Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense-related location by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor records, and report unusual activity to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, office areas, parking locations, and the perimeter to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Prepare clear incident reports and daily logs while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense-related location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials as directed, maintain visitor records, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, office areas, parking locations, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive business information.

Minimum Requirements

• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
