Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• New York State Security Guard License required.
• 8 Hour pre-employment Security Course completed.
• 16 Hours on the Job Training Course completed.

Responsibilities

• Provides protection for patients, staff and visitors by staffing posts, patrolling areas and investigating unusual activities.
• Responds to Security Alerts and assists with emergencies and requests for service.
• Controls access by screening visitors and issuing Visitor Passes.
• Directs vehicle traffic to prevent congestion and ensure center operations.
