Qualifications

• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• A background check and drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers while following site security procedures.
• Monitor entry points, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, and log access activities.
• Control delivery vehicle access and direct drivers to check-in locations.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers while carrying out site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Control access for delivery vehicles, commercial drivers, and contractors entering designated areas, directing them to appropriate check-in locations as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, the business, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
