Qualifications

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying identification, authorizations, visitor registrations, contractor credentials, and delivery documentation in accordance with site requirements.
• Operate access control systems, maintain accurate visitor and vehicle entry records, issue and retrieve authorized credentials, and report access discrepancies to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, business operations, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:
