Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and communicate professionally with students, staff, and visitors. Deliver exceptional customer service while reporting observations and responding to routine situations with integrity, reliability, teamwork, and care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and families by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with school policies, providing directions and assistance while maintaining awareness of campus activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
