Allied Universal is seeking an Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Riverside, CA to protect government facilities and provide excellent customer service. You will perform routine patrols, monitor access points, and report incidents while maintaining a professional demeanor and clear communication with site leadership.

The role is full time with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour and a schedule that includes daytime shifts Thursday through Sunday evenings.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrolin Riverside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment through routine patrols, observation, and timely reporting of security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at government facilities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas; report unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with access-control procedures and helping to maintain an orderly environment.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
