With the legendary Georgia World Congress Center as our backdrop, Signia by Hilton Atlanta is a 976-room milestone property featuring over 140,000 sq. ft. of banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets. Our team of 10+ members reports to the Director of Security.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of security experience in hospitality, with the ability to work required shifts and a strong customer service background.

Shift Pattern: Full availability (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed), AM/PM shifts

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Security Officer, you will ensure the safety of guests and team members, and the security of the hotel and property, while delivering outstanding guest service and supporting financial profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Patrolling the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify safety and security risks
• Responding to emergency situations such as safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property
• Conducting preliminary investigations into incidents as needed
• Writing reports and maintaining accurate documentation
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
