Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, building perimeters, and exterior grounds, to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, property damage, and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; request additional assistance and/or notify emergency responders when appropriate.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors. Pay Rate: $15.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM
• Fri 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM
• Sat 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM
• Sun 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
