Job Description

As a Security Officer Secure Entry Operations in SPRINGDALE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and maintain a professional presence that helps deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming, well-organized environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.64 / Hour

Weekly Pay

Job Schedule: Tuesday 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM; Wednesday 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM; Thursday 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM; Sunday 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report access control concerns, facility conditions, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
