As a Security Officer - Secret Clearance Rover in Gilbert, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points and alarm activity, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. Collaborate with site personnel and fellow officers while applying integrity, reliability, innovation, and teamwork to support a secure environment.

Pay Rate: $24.38 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, documenting observations and communicating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol findings, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
