As a Security Officer - DoD Clearancein Gilbert, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a high-profile aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally with personnel and visitors, and contribute to a controlled environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas; verify credentials and visitor authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
