As a Security Officer - Secret Clearance Required Patrol in Gilbert, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas and alarm activity, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, access-control concerns, facility hazards, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
