Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer in Jefferson, WI. You will serve and safeguard clients in various industries, monitoring assigned areas, deterring incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. This unarmed patrol position emphasizes a visible presence and a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour. Schedule includes DayTime shifts Mon–Fri and Tue–Fri evenings, with consistent late-afternoon to evening hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and report observations through established channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, maintaining accurate logs and following established entry procedures.
• Observe and report potential hazards, unusual conditions, and policy concerns that may affect operations at the food and beverage location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
