Qualifications

• CPR certification or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Allied Universal will conduct a background check as required by law.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific procedures and screening protocols.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries entering the location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, inspect packages or property as directed, document screening activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and complete reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify security concerns.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-screening protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries entering and exiting the logistics and distribution location in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, inspect authorized packages or property as directed, and document screening activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
