Allied Universal in Rialto, CA is seeking a Security Officer Screening Compliance to protect client sites across logistics and distribution. You will screen personnel and visitors, monitor access points, and report security concerns while delivering professional customer service.

This full-time role requires a minimum age, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen. You will work a daytime schedule at a busy facility as part of a team that values integrity

• Inspect screening equipment and areas, report irregularities, and document observations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

Security Officer Screening Compliance in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by screening personnel and visitors, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while supporting efficient operations. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or packages in accordance with site policies and access-control procedures.
• Inspect assigned screening equipment and areas, report irregularities, and document screening-related observations according to site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entry points, loading areas, and the business perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
