Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Screening Compliance in Rialto, CA. This full-time role screens personnel and visitors, monitors access, and reports security concerns to maintain a safe environment at a logistics location.

You will provide professional customer service, operate screening equipment, and respond to incidents following emergency procedures. Minimum requirements include age 18+, a high school diploma, and background checks.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Screening Compliance in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by screening personnel and visitors, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while supporting efficient operations. Pay Rate: $18.80 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or packages in accordance with site policies and access-control procedures.
• Inspect assigned screening equipment and areas, report irregularities, and document screening-related observations according to site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entry points, loading areas, and the business perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
