As a Security Officer Screening in Bloomington, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will screen personnel and visitors, monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and report security-related concerns. Your visible presence and customer-focused communication help support a welcoming, orderly environment and help deter incidents. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or other items entering or leaving the distribution location in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points and inspect credentials, shipments, and/or delivery documentation as directed by site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the distribution location and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
