Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while enforcing site procedures at a logistics location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and packages per site procedures and operate screening equipment.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document entry/exit of authorized personnel and vehicles.
• Respond calmly to incidents; communicate observations to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols and prepare clear activity and incident reports.
