Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal/state/local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Screen individuals, packages, and belongings entering designated areas; report suspicious items or activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for entry to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations for site leadership and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols and report hazards and security-related issues.
