Allied Universal® in Bristol, IN seeks a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time to provide reliable, flexible security coverage at a technology-focused site. This role offers anchored shifts and opportunities to pick up additional hours through the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program.

You will protect people and property, perform routine patrols, monitor access, and respond calmly to incidents while following site procedures.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, delivery, and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Emergency Patrol in Bristol, IN, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
