Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal considers qualified applicants with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, and parking areas to identify security concerns.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify visitor access, and maintain orderly site access.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security activities per reporting procedures.
