Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and facility perimeter to identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Deter unauthorized access, theft, and other security concerns through visible patrol presence and timely reporting.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $15.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM


• Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM


• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM


• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.


• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.


• Help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and other security-related concerns through visible patrol presence, observation, and timely reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s licence will be required for driving positions only.
