River Landing is seeking a part-time security officer for Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30am–4:30pm. The role focuses on patrols, access control, and incident reporting, with a strong emphasis on assisting residents and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.

Ideal candidates will have prior security experience and a positive, initiative-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid NC driver’s license.

Part Time, every Saturday and Sunday, 1st shift (8:30am- 4:30pm) River Landing is currently seeking a part-time security officer. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience as a security officer and reception. This service includes:

• Performing security patrols on foot or in vehicle
• Maintaining site security and watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Permitting authorized persons to enter property
• Preparing reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
• Providing assistance to residents, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Responding to emergencies
• Ensuring the safety of all residents
