Goodwin Living is seeking a Security Officer in Alexandria, VA to perform security and surveillance duties for the perimeter, building entrances, and parking facilities. Under supervision, you will monitor operations, complete reports, and handle non-routine assignments.
Hours are 12am-8am on Saturday and Sunday (Friday night to Saturday morning, Saturday night to Sunday morning). Pay is $22.00 per hour. Must have previous security experience and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Under the direct supervision of the Security Supervisor, the Security Officer will be responsible for performing the security and surveillance duties at Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads. The Security Officer will provide monitoring and maintenance of the perimeter security, building entrance and egress areas used by Goodwin Living staff and residents, as well as the parking facilities, patrol the interior of the building perimeter, maintain safety and security standards under emergency conditions, communicate orally and in writing, complete reports of security operations, and perform non-routine assignments.
The hours for this position are 12am-8am Saturday and Sunday ("Friday" night to Saturday morning and Saturday "night" to Sunday morning)
The pay for this position is $22.00/hr
