Job Description

Starting Pay: $18.00 / Hour

Must Have Good Customer Service and Computer Skills!

Schedule: Second Shift, Friday & Saturday, 2pm to 10pm

As a Retail Security Officer, you will serve, safeguard, and perform various security duties for our clients and their guests in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments varying by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening as per legal requirements.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
