Job Description

As a Retail Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard our clients and their guests in a retail setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency responses when needed.
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter, with conditions varying by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background checks and drug screening in accordance with laws.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws; a valid driver's license is required for driving roles.
