Evening Shift Differential: $2.00/hour

Hours: 1:30p - 10:00p Weekends

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Draw blood for tests, transfusions, donations, or research. May explain the procedure to patients and assist in the recovery of patients with adverse reactions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  
  

Proof of one of the following:

• Completion of a Phlebotomy training program
• Completion of medical assistant program
• Completion of an internship/training program that included venipuncture, skin puncture, patient preparation, and post collection transportation/processing
• Currently/actively enrolled in an RN or LPN program
• Six (6) months of Phlebotomy experience
  
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S)

• One (1) year of patient care experience working in the healthcare field
