Prosegur Security USA, Inc in Connecticut is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff. You will perform general security duties, patrol areas, and report hazards while upholding client requirements and post instructions.

Ideal candidates have a CT security license and at least one year of experience, with reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Connecticut State Security License.
• 1 year of security officer experience.
• Reliable transportation and good communications skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Able to walk/run stairs daily.
• Think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods.
• Reliable, positive attitude, and ethical behavior.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
• Provide general unarmed security duties to clients.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and client requirements and post instructions.
• Participate in training and learn general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees and the public professionally.
• Demonstrate customer-service orientation with basic to intermediate computer skills and effective written and oral communication.
• Perform routine foot patrols and manage moderate lifting in all weather.

Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have a Connecticut State Security License
• Must have one (1) year of experience as a security officer
• Must have reliable transportationMust have good communications skills
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods
• Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis.
• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior"

Hourly Wage- $19.50/h

Schedule: Friday-Saturday: 3 pm -9 pm;
