The role requires at least 1 year in security, a DoD Secret Clearance if applicable, and passing a background check and drug screen. Scheduling includes Daytime shifts and evenings, with a competitive hourly pay rate of $23.19.

• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies calmly and coordinate appropriate response actions.

Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a front desk within an aerospace and defense location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor check-in and badge processes, and direct authorized personnel in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and other required documentation while handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating appropriate emergency response activities.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, unusual activity, and service needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
