• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law; driving positions require a valid license.

As a Front Desk Security Professional supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests. You will help maintain access procedures, monitor entry activity, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at a front desk location within an aerospace and defense environment by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Welcome employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel; verify identification, access authorization, and appointment information in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access points, visitor management systems, alarms, cameras, and other assigned security-related equipment; report irregularities and access concerns through established channels.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, key, package, and incident records while communicating professionally with personnel at all levels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD TS-SCI clearance.
• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
