Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Reception Concierge in Phoenix, AZ to greet visitors, verify access, and manage front-desk security at a financial institution location. You will monitor lobby activity, respond to incidents, and maintain visitor records while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will undergo a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting employees, clients, and visitors; verifying access credentials; and following site-specific procedures at a financial institution location.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or concerns in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor, access, and incident records while protecting confidential information and supporting a professional reception environment.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by enforcing visitor management, entry requirements, and other site-specific security-related policies.

Pay Rate: $23.34 / Hour

• Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
