Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a government-issued ID.
• Must obtain a TAM Card.
• Must obtain a Nevada Gaming License.
• Must be able to obtain a CPR/AED Card.
• Must be able to use a Fire Extinguisher.
• Must have a valid driver’s license if selected as a Security Bike Officer.
• Possession of TASER Certification may be required.
• Knowledge of security procedures and relevant laws.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Ensures establishment and its surrounding premises are protected by providing public safety to customers, team members, facilities, and operations.
• Checks interior & exterior of premises for unusual signs indicating illegal activity and responds to calls in inclement weather.
• Uses professional communication to interact with guests of all backgrounds including guests with disabilities.
• Completes investigations by analyzing information and writing reports per procedures; provides oral reports as needed.
• In emergencies, secures scenes, alerts personnel, summons responders, and conducts evacuations.
• Render first aid according to protocol for injuries.
• Provides information about policies and ordinances to visitors and maintains good public relations.
• Performs other duties as requested.
