Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a guest service-related field required.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all departmental and property policies regarding guest service standards.
• Provides security and protection for guests and assets.
• Performs duties for PHRC compliance and monitors racing areas on property.
• Administers First Aid/CPR within trained ability and reports incidents.
• Directs traffic and controls parking when required.
