As a Security Officer - Plaza Patrol Driverin Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and potential security-related issues.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity in accordance with site procedures to help support controlled entry and a professional environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
• Prepare clear and accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
