Allied Universal is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer – Patrol Driver in Redmond, WA to protect people and property at a retail location. You will perform regular patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring safety and security at the site.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and involves communicating with visitors and staff, supporting a welcoming environment through teamwork and Allied Universal’s values of integrity and caring.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and vendors by following site policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas, storefronts, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity following site procedures.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and shift handoffs with a professional presence.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will communicate professionally with visitors and staff while supporting a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring approach.

Pay Rate: $24.31 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail property.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, storefronts, parking areas, entrances, exits, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, property concerns, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while maintaining a professional presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
