Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Perimeter Patrol in Roanoke, VA. You will protect clients across various industries, patrol assigned areas, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding company values.

Responsibilities include documenting patrols and incidents, responding to alarms, and communicating professionally with team members. Candidates must meet basic requirements and pass background checks and drug screening where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and associates by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the distribution location, monitor entry points, and deter unauthorized activity.
• Verify authorized entry and monitor access points according to site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and coordinate with appropriate contacts.
